Fire all of middle managers from sales all the way to the bills department. They treat the corporate office staff terrible. If you are not a 'favorite' employee, not matter what the circumstances maybe, you are NEVER treated with any respect. The environment at the corporate office is stressful, negative and hostile. There is a huddle meeting every day that speaks the language of a great place to be, but you can tell that the staff that is on the ground doing all of the hard work does not believe in their supposed Culture. They don't say anything, only the managers who wants management to THINK they believe in a culture of respect and teamwork talk during these wasteful meetings. And you MUST go.
