Decent pay for physical therapist. I was getting offered patients like crazy during the holiday season and definitely not short of patients due to the whole COVID mess. However, they do not provide much instruction on how to document or what to do when document fails so you'll have to learn a lot on your own with that part.

This is not a paid review- LPS is a great company to work with. I started working with them straight out of school and the ADMIN helped me get on my feet and made sure I was good to go. I had a LOT of questions thruought the months and they were kind enough to answer- great texting rapport and a great overall environment. Thanks LPS!

I worked in an outpatient PT setting for 1.5 years before leaving and making the transition to home health PT at Lifespan. I used to see 16-18 patients a day, have minimal compensation/benefits, and very little flexibility in my schedule or time off. With Lifespan, I make my own schedule and set my own hours, decide when and how many vacation days I want, see 4-7 patients a day, make more money, and am so much more happy and rewarded by my work! I have recommended so many of my colleagues try home health and have strongly recommended working for Lifespan. The office staff is friendly, supportive, and kind. If you have questions, you have an excellent support team who can help you/guide you with difficult patients/problems. I have worked at Lifespan for 2 years now and can't see myself leaving or even considering going back to outpatient! Best decision ever!

Lifespan is an incredible company to work for. There are many opportunities to treat different patient populations and increase your toolbox of therapy skills. The staff and management at Lifespan are top notch, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met and help you as needed. The hardest part of the job will always be the charting, but once you've spent a bit of time learning the programs, that is quite manageable. There is plenty of flexibility, allowing you to adjust your schedule as needed to manage your caseload. This has been a great company to work for. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of the team.
