The future of Lifesprk is great because they have grown rapidly on focusing on whole person senior care and being able to tailor the care towards the client

The PTO is amazing and the culture here supports a work life balance. Most individuals and the office is closed by 6:30 and people also have flexibility to work from home if they have an appointment or something come up or bad roads etc. The culture is very laid back here.

Increase the pay to the minimum wage, appreciate HHA's for the work their do, hire nurses who love their job and who will work with the HHA's hands on not desk nurses. Let the other company stay away from your HHA's their tend to micromanage them.

Health insurance is offered to all HHA’s that work over 30 hours per week consistently. All HHA’s are offered PTO that accrues any week you work over 20 hours after you’ve worked for the company for 6 months.
