They will not allow you to change your position for 6 months, but will change your tasks/duties a million times as an expectation. Many cons: unpaid administrative tasks (tedious charting system, transferring stimulants to various pharmacies, patient messages, meetings, letters, emails) lack of PTO, lack of base salary, lack of consistent pay for no shows, constantly changing policies

They said full time when got hired, minimum wage, cut hours , if no clients, you are on your own for hours. Barely get 30 hours a week , scammers.Also no increase salary depends on experience or years in the contract.
