The most stressful part of the job here is being put in harms way nearly every single day. If you work in the actual hospital you will get hit, spit on, or accused of harm at some point and most of your coworkers are agency and aren't permitted to do hands on. The pay is not worth the loss of your life, license, or reputation.

It is very stressful when Ageny employees antoganize consumers just to agitate them...then step back and watch because they arent team trained...and they make far better money than staff....agency is pretty much running Lifestream
