Chaotic and poor upper management
Registered Dietitian (Former Employee) –  North CarolinaSeptember 17, 2017
Working for LMC has some pluses but the CEO and Director of Nutrition are very difficult to work for. Every day there is a new change, poor communication, and doesn't seem like a sustainable business model

Nice people, but the job is basically the same every day
Billing Manager/Credentialing Specialist (Former Employee) –  Raleigh, NCAugust 17, 2017
Work salary, which means 9 hour days, even if you do not eat lunch. If you arrive early, do not expect to leave early. No Saturday or Sunday work to make up any lost hours.
The boss is super, if he is happy. If not, stay far away.
Lovely offices, but expanding at a rate that I do not think the market will bear.
Pay for your medical insurance, heck, pay for any kind of insurance.
Pros
401K match.
Cons
Long commute
