Friendly co workers, most young in college or just getting out. Poor management, very disorganized. Good place for someone looking for experience not a long term position. No policies set in place they change whenever management wants to change them to fit their needs. High turn over rate
Friendly co workers
Poor management, disorganized, favoritism, no room for advancement

Working for LMC has some pluses but the CEO and Director of Nutrition are very difficult to work for. Every day there is a new change, poor communication, and doesn't seem like a sustainable business model
Work salary, which means 9 hour days, even if you do not eat lunch. If you arrive early, do not expect to leave early. No Saturday or Sunday work to make up any lost hours. The boss is super, if he is happy. If not, stay far away. Lovely offices, but expanding at a rate that I do not think the market will bear. Pay for your medical insurance, heck, pay for any kind of insurance.
