A great place to learn everything about Vendor Compliance & Chargeback
Import Compliance Manager (Former Employee) –  Medford, MAOctober 25, 2013
As an import compliance manager you must set up a good channel of communication with all departments as well as the overseas China office. They rely on you to feed them the newest update of vendor compliance of each customer as well as giving them approval of labeling, carton markings, price ticket placement and types of approved price ticket. You will also oversee factory audit,
compliance of fair labor, manufacturer registration with vendors, setting up social compliance audit, CPSIA / FDA lab testing and
sometimes including shipping and delivery deadline in logistics.
Your job satisfaction came at the end of the day when you have successfully completed all your multi-tasking and replied each and every request from China offices and other department in regards to import compliance.
Pros
You can learn as much as you want to
Cons
Sub-par benefits and medical

Management Problems
Design (Former Employee) –  Garden CityOctober 4, 2013
My co-workers were very talented and hard working individuals. It was a pleasure working with them. Management wouldn't think twice about throwing you under the bus to save their own skins. Design management was under qualified for the position and often stole designs from competitors. Favoritism rules the roost here.
Pros
Discounts
Cons
Lack of Management, low pay, nepotism
