H R needs to help their employees!
The pay !
The crazy leaders they send out to sites to be incharge of new hires or bossing coworkers, some are very angry and own agenda unsupportive to being in charge if people.
The angry customers can bruise a lot of new hires and hardworking photographer aspirations and management slows such and is very unsupported if it happens.
Thier pay is ridiculous to what you do
No breaks or guilted/ bullied to not get a break by schools
The secret racism that they allow, and don’t check it out!
H R needs to step in more than they do!
You can’t live on this tiny excuse of a salary and you are too exhausted by the end of the day to have a second job.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Lifetouch a better place to work?
Stop being to big for its britches and really go & see what is going on out there in the field, like undercover boss
Help the problems, and make the solutions that help make this company better
Be yourself.. most likely you will get the job if your seeming around the holidays..
Because of one supervisor - the most hostile work environment I have ever encountered. Job was very detrimental to my health. Dreaded going to work.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Lifetouch? What are the steps along the way?
Usually held open houses for hiring.
Interviewed during the Open House and given a offer of employment contingent on passing background check and drug screening.
When no Open House people could go to the company website and look for posted positions.
The most stressful period if we are getting the number of orders and productions and need more hrs for overtime.
Minimum wage, I worked there for nearly 3 years before they began paying me $10.00 an hour. After that raises only went to a handful of employees once a year and the last raise people got was 5 to 10 cents.
Unless you are management you are not guaranteed to work full time. Christmas and Easter are the only times you can we expect good hours
