I worked for Lifetouch as a studio photographer in Ohio. Pay and hours were so low that I made less money than it cost to drive to work. Scheduling was also an issue, as the schedule was always changing and not posted until Sunday, so there was no way to plan a life in the future (family events, or college).

After 14 years, I left Lifetouch in Sept 2017 because they no longer offer mileage reimbursement. We used to get .30ยข per mile, then .20, than NOTHING! My car just hit 200K, it's toast, needs repairs. They abuse their employees, and it's starting to show by the 30% cut in my retirement fund. VERY SAD. I loved my job, but could no longer afford it. I put 2500 miles on my car the last month I was there. 2500! Not even a thank you or a goodbye from any management.
