The pay package is horrible for Photographers. It is literally a joke for the amount of work that you do vs. what the industry pays.

Horrible company. Extremely low pay, management, lack of equipment. I actually had to use some of my own equipment to do my job as Lifetouch refused to replace it. I can honestly say that I have never seen a company run any poorer than this one. I wouldn't waste my time with it. It only took me about a month to figure out how bad it was.

Very fast paced, competitive in the sense of pushing you to do your best work (you receive prizes and recognition in the company). They strive to have you feel like a team, a family, and just another employee. They put a lot of emphasis on ownership, because over a certain period of time, each employee becomes a stockholder in the company.
