School culture is a constant focus. These aren't always easy neighborhoods to work in, but if you show a genuine interest in students and believe they will be successful, they will do amazing things. Focus on the goal (improving students' lives through transformative educational experiences) and you'll be successful.

You can not trust the National Team. They are inept. No wonder they cannot maintain schools. No loyalty. Run. You will be highly disappointed. The CEO does not run the show. The CAO and Head of HR does. They often brag about firing people. They make critical mistakes and hide their mistakes but will quickly point out yours. National team often gossips. Your personal business is never confidential.
