Lime is a great place to work. It’s fast pace and things. Ha he constantly but that’s what makes it fun. Upper managment always keeps you on your toes
Server in Dania Beach, FL

This is definitely a great place to start. The job is pretty easy and straightforward. The pay could be better, but the people are great and the managers are caring. Managers let you be independent which allows you to learn and grow as a server, but they're ready to step in if you need help. Overall experience here was great.

This place is Burn out central. Since 2020 weve lost over 17 managers. We have a very shoot ourselves in the foot mentality where we would rather work under impossible conditions in order to sell a taco. We try to implement all the work of a full-service restaurant into a fast casual dining experience. I don’t feel that working like full service And being tipped out in a tip jar is at motivating to an 18 year old than can make twice that anywhere else. Currently the company doesn’t focus on employee longevity.
General Manager in Pembroke Pines, FL

Working here was draining but somewhat worth the amount of money I was receiving. Upon checking other restaurants, managers were getting paid double or most definitely more for the same amount of work. A lot of people weren’t that trust worthy and had to be careful with what you said to certain people. Some managers or higher ups talk behind your back.

Great place to work with amazing management. Servers do get underpaid for all the work due to lack of tips. Environment is great as well as the management team.
