While many facets of the fast-casual and restaurant industry have changed since LIME first opened in 2005, our attitude towards food and people remains unwavering. With a combination of Miami’s strong Latin roots, and the guest-centric hospitality background of Mandala Holdings, LIME’s parent company, we aim to make every experience a memorable one. We put in the time and attention-to-detail in everything from our home-made salsa bar and quality ingredients sourced daily from local vendors, to a fresh lime wedge on every dish, and our sidewalk-friendly locations. We do it all to make sure your meal doesn’t just taste fresh - it feels fresh.

The original South Beach location is still guacin’ and rollin’ and remains a flagship store where new menu items are tested and perfected before being rolled out to the other locations throughout South Florida (Midtown Miami, Downtown Dadeland, West Kendall, Doral, South Beach, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, West Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach. I enjoyed working at Lime, had awesome coworkers, managers were great but i wouldn't recommend this job if you actually have a lot of bills to pay. I would say its good for students or if you need extra income/ a part time. Salary is tip based but since its not a conventional restaurant where you get tables, you share the tips with whoever is working the shift with you and tips are not that great....

Yummy food and fun times. I loved my co workers and the food was the best. Management was sometimes run poorly but over all it was a good job. The food was the best part.

Good pay

It is a very fast paced environment. The pay is well but the work life balance is tough if you are a single parent. They work with your schedule but on a limited basis. The training is extremely detailed so you won't fail. If you do not grasp enough from training then maybe working on a kitchen isn't for you. What is the best part of working at the company?There isnt any best part. Your expected to do the work of 3 employees for no monetary compensation and no real benefits.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Just being there with no support.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Stressful and noboby is happt.
