Boring

It was fun while it lasted. Took advantage of the free samples. Poor management IMO. Low pay. Happy I don’t work there anymore. I really don’t like how they ran things.

Fantastic relationship between all level

This company appreciates, supports encourages, inspires, creates an atmosphere of positive impact on all aspects of your life. Everyday you are in communication with your team. All levels of the company share tips of the trade and create your life to be very easy. Unfortunately I do not know many people in my circle of life , that care enough about skin care or make up. However the products we sell are beyond top notch. I am passionate about skin care myself but have alot of allergies, their products are the only ones I can use.. in addition the transparency from the company the management to the associate to the client is true and real this is the most honest of any brand in any category that I have ever experienced. What is said that a product does, the product does. The makeup is comparable to Bobbie Brown in my opinion the foundation is even better. Tho expensive upfront, given the amount needed daily and the extended expiration date a client will save money in the long run but lasting all day even without a primer . The benefits of all the make up are the same quality of skin care. It really makes me feel pride honor and peace knowing I didn't have to exaggerate or only tell half truths. My team my manager her manager are all available at any time for any reason. Management is always positive and empowering even at moments of growth experiences. If sales are down I have my manager combing my processes to find any area she personally can fix. Samples of products are so generous it would be easy to encourage women and men into skincare or make up to purchase . All products -

Mission Locked Company that sets you up for Success from the Get-Go!

Their vision/mission (paraphrasing) is about women empowerment and financial stability worldwide. Sisterhood , Family, abundance of tools for success!

Pros

One of the best compensation plans of any Direct Sales company, The support of the Sisterhood, The Products Sell Themselves, The Brighter Together Foundation, The Fempire Fund, Transferable Business Skills, Create your own schedule, no need to keep inventory on hand

Cons

The only Con I want to put is this is a business where you get in what you put out, so if you’re not a driven individual with a proper work ethic and a desire to make this work, then it won’t succeed.

Friendly and supportive staff

Typically work from home, online and over the phone. Quick and easy access to online account and ordering. Very supportive team members and lead beauty guides. Simple and steady way to promote products through posting pictures, videos, recordings, and product reviews. My posts were able to get lots of attention and support throughout the company and my friends on social media platforms, interrelated in finding out more and ordering beauty products through me.

Pros

Flexible, friendly, work from home, online easy product ordering

Cons

Expensive monthly costs to keep membership and job position, expensive product, limited selling opportunities for me personally.

Friendly, social, energetic, and positive online environment. Supportive and helpful teamwork!

Easy to balance home life and work life with this Independent and Flexible commission based independent sales business opportunity. Employers band together to support and cheer one another on with positive and friendly advice, genuine passion for their work and sales promoting, helpful encouraging feedback and suggestions, ready to help and answer any questions or concerns another may have. Co workers are more like close knot friends on a team of empowerment and Independence.

Pros

Positive work atmosphere. Flexible and easily balanced work and home life schedule.

Cons

Paid only with commissions, fluctuating and sometimes unpredictable or inconsistent paychecks, resources, costumers, order opportunities, etc.

Bad decision making

Many of the managers are friends and creates an environment of conflict of interests over performance. Too demanding for low paying positions. Lazy workers get treated better than hardworking.

Fake Company Culture - Beware

You will be shown a fake culture of family and values but do not be fooled. This company will tell you what you want to hear. They like to pretend they have family values at the center of their company but really it is a cut throat, jealous field with corporate employees that have no compassion for their reps as humans. Top leaders resign left and right which is a huge indicator of their reputation. These are 5 figure a month earners walking away from it all. They also will terminate Top leaders for reasons that are bogus and hurtful. For example, they let a top leader go bc she took some time off to mourn the loss of her still born baby. That is just one example of many top leaders they will look for reasons to fire. Heartless.

LimeLife by Alcone has great products but not all are affordable. There are also so many beauty guides in my area that it's difficult to actually make a profit in this business.

Self motivated, your own pace and time.

Limelife by Alcone is a direct sales job that requires you to work just as little or just as much as you can and need. If youre motivated and not afraid to get out there and constantly talk to new people then you will be and do great.

LimeLife

In general this job as a team leader required A LOT of problem solving. Typically it involved sales, creating content to encourage recruiting/sales. Having a team of over 430 women was trying mentality to manage so many personality types. It was a blessing while my children were home because I could work from home. But I would like to get out from behind the screen and into the public now that my girls are full time in school!

Limelife by Alcone is by far one of the most amazing companies I have ever came across. You get paid your worth, they love you, and WANT you to succeed. Limelife is all about empowering men and women all over the world and helping others succeed. You're able to work this Job from ANYWHERE in the world that your precious little heart desires. Your paycheck reflects your work! If commission based income is something you're interested in- you should definitely hop on board and let us lead you with love.
