The CEO needs to change the culture and leaders mindset. The turnover rate is very high and people leave most jobs because of poor leadership. Lincare does not invest or realize the importance of training leaders how to motivate or an inspire a team.

Increase the pay significantly for all positions especially the service reps. They’re the ones out in the field taking the brunt of the complaints and hostilities from unhappy patients.

I suggest the CEO to be observant of District Managers, especially the one over this position. I worked at this location. It has gone through four Center managers in less than three years because of the District Manager. Three other Center Managers quite in approximately the same time under this D.M. within the past four months.
