Lincare's motto is CADU -- which stands for, Caring, Accountable, Dedicated, and United. We feel this motto at our center level because of our manager! We are a fast paced business that works with patients health and we are passionate to improve peoples' lives. If you can help us continue to drive these messages to everyone you have contact with we want to speak with you.

Answered by Lincare Healthcare

It’s absolutely a hostile environment, coming straight from the COO and makes it way down the chain. Working at Lincare is the equivalent of being in an abusive relationship. No “good job”, but daily threats via email from upper management. They forward the emails down the chain so everyone knows where the initial threats come from.

Lincare is the absolute worse. I could put names in here but I will not. The management is terrible and they play favorites. If you make a manager mad they will try anything to fire you and will make up any reason for it. The people are stuck up and snobby and have poor interpersonal skills. Good luck if you work here!

Lincare is a tough company to work for. Office managers will try to improve morale but upper management will stop whatever efforts are made. Upper management rules by fear, intimidation and bullying. I believe the employees would be much better off if they would pull together and form a union to stop unfair treatment un the work place. Pay would be more competitive and possibly better Insurance plans offered. Very unrealistic work load. Employees are set up to fail.

Horrible. Its the land of broken promises. Our Center Manager holds the CSR's hostage to a chaotic, unpleasant, unhealthy work environment due to lack of management skills. She is more interested in saving her job and the center, she will cover up, lie and throw anyone and everyone under the bus. I thought it was just the culture of my center, but after talking to others employees, it seems to be the Lincare way. Employees get burnt out, and usually leave. Much turnover of employees and the pay is poor.

The Latham, New York center is very hostile and brutal. Everyone is at each other’s throats due to the fact that they are over worked, under paid and never appreciated by the center manager. Very stressful and degrading. Don’t dare complain cause you’ll out like a light-bulb.

Clearwater Corprate call center is a very hostile environment. No matter how much you do it's never enough. You are micro managed and forced to work OT, they've cut out most holidays. The head manager tries to rule with fear. No appreciation for her employees.
