Apparently hostile work environment isn't uncommon with this company. I left because management was disorganized, there was a manager that didn't know what her teams work was, my coworkers were hostile, the pay wasn't good and I could find better all around. I was an audit analyst and it was probably the easiest work I've ever done though.

My reason for leaving is because the manager was never in her assigned center. Never available to answer questions for the staff and gave you wrong answers on purpose.

I am leaving lincare!! This company sucks as far as C-Pap supplies and claims are concerned!! Eight months and still my insurance company has no bill on all the money I paid in on my claims!! Sorry way to run a business and the 24000 dollar question is this: Where is all the money going??? BBB had better step in and close them down!

This company expects employees to do more and more and more but will not pay for quality of work. Basically the more you know your job the less appreciated

Management is this company's biggest downfall. Also high expectations for low salary. They work their employees to death with little incentives.

Managers are never held accountable for the mistreatment of their employees. They say what they want, when they want and how they want and then expect you to give 100%.

Very stressful, very low pay, they are always looking for ways to not pay you your bonus. It used to be a great company to work for but since Linde took over it has gone downhill so bad. Unless you are desperate keep looking, trust me, I'm looking too

Hostile work environment created by management. Only apply if you want to work at a company that is only worried about it's bottom line. The only thing worth your time is the patients and other people you work with. Company does not believe in raises and the on call is only paid your hourly wage no incentives.
