Horrible. Its the land of broken promises. Our Center Manager holds the CSR's hostage to a chaotic, unpleasant, unhealthy work environment due to lack of management skills. She is more interested in saving her job and the center, she will cover up, lie and throw anyone and everyone under the bus. I thought it was just the culture of my center, but after talking to others employees, it seems to be the Lincare way. Employees get burnt out, and usually leave. Much turnover of employees and the pay is poor.

The Latham, New York center is very hostile and brutal. Everyone is at each other’s throats due to the fact that they are over worked, under paid and never appreciated by the center manager. Very stressful and degrading. Don’t dare complain cause you’ll out like a light-bulb.

Clearwater Corprate call center is a very hostile environment. No matter how much you do it's never enough. You are micro managed and forced to work OT, they've cut out most holidays. The head manager tries to rule with fear. No appreciation for her employees.

The turn over is so high they have to hire anyone who applies. Corporate is a joke. They act out of control whereby literally all it takes to get fired is some minor petty thing and.. "No job for you!!!" LOL. The entire company is a joke. I feel sorry for the poor old sick patients who know they're being lied to because they feel helpless and powerless

Very stressful, demanding and you have no life outside of Lincare( and if you do, they will find a reason to fire you or make you quit). The drivers are expected to take care of 900+ patients, clean equipment, the warehouse, do paperwork and unload vans in 8 hours and NO OVERTIME is allowed(cuts in to the District Managers bonus, ya know) and if this is not taken care of in your 8 hour day, then you will not be promoted and a verbal followed by a written warning will be the next plan of action. I think it is a joke the way the people running Lincare have no clue about what is going on in any of the centers have never met half of the employees and will not respond to an email when an employee has taken the chain of command protocol, as instructed by Lincare, when an issue has not been resolved therefore leads to an employee leaving. I do not agree with the fact that just because you have been an employee 10,15 or over 20+ the District Managers can plainly tell you: I am good ftiends with the VP and you will not be able to come in between us, so therefore you can not be saved!! That is some cold hearted and pertains to the old saying: "it's not who you know but who you blow" and there's a lot of that at Lincare😡

As long as you are buddies with management you may be able to stay off their radar for a little while. As soon as you are spotted being happy you will be confronted bullied and picked on until you quit or lash out and are terminated. Either way they don't care. Their agenda is seeing you miserable and begging for your job. For the little amount they pay you are better off getting a job in retail with better working conditions and maybe even benefits.

Extremely hostile. Zero work life balance because you will be working all the time but you can guarantee management is out the door at 5 sometimes earlier and never work a weekend
