13 an hour for sales and technical support. Tech receives raises only by getting to tier 2/3. Has a lot of responsibilities for the pay and should honestly be paying at least 15/16 an hour. Compensation is gimmicky and generally only awarded after quotas are met that most of the team rarely meets. No choices on insurance. One plan only. Scheduling is - more ... poor due to a small staff.
Management does try to listen and are friendly. Just a small company with small practices. - less
