Small business - focused strategy. Focus on pipeline development and office/personnel expansion. Very much a roll-your-own environment.
Staff Systems Engineer in El Segundo, CA

There are a lot of coworkers around my age (22-30) who I can relate with. We have a lot of fun outside of work too. The work has been straight forward, and there are a lot of learning opportunities. I like that LinQuest invests in its employees through trainings, certification reimbursements, and annual 200 dollar budget to learn something new. The future seems a little uncertain with talks of budget cuts (which means staffing cuts), but I guess that's the nature of this industry.

LinQuest provides you opportunities to work on exciting and challenging projects. They defiantly prioritize teamwork and innovation as a company. In my job specifically I have had the freedom to express my opinions. Management listens to my ideas and most often allows me to execute them. Management does care about selecting the best idea, not their idea. The culture at LinQuest is a bit dull but I think that is also due to the company rapidly growing in a short period of time. Almost all of my coworkers are friendly and happy to be at work.
Operations Specilist in Albuquerque, NM

You will, if like me, do too good for the company and not get any good help when you are there. I had a Entrum clearance for space flight operations related work as a Operations Speclist and automated my work and got laid off. They were not nice to me one bit for enjoyment, gave me a messy desk with a broken chair to do all of my work, stressed me out as much as possible, lied to me for more stress and about the work and facility they didn't want me to go to that I was told I would be able to see very much and spend allot of time in. I love space flight operations and did it in college and got the rudeness of leaving the company.

The company is very professional and allows you to work with minimum supervision. Good benefits and pay. Management is great. Opportunities are there and work environment is good.
