Work from home
This is a great place to work if you're looking for flexible PT hours and you want to work from home. What I don't like is the constant unpaid training. Once you learn something they send you something else to learn and the guidelines are usually over 100 pages. Support is pretty responsive if you have questions and they periodically send feedback on your work so you can see what you're doing right and wrong.

I work in Ad rating for a year. There was almost no supervision it felt like or I did my job well. I never really talked with people inside the company other than performance reviews and emails with generic information. That said, it was great doing the job whenever I wanted. Pay for this work is typically higher than other companies doing the same thing.

I love the management of the company and the work is flexible and fun at times. The biggest negative is that some of the work is very difficult and you are reviewed each month where it can be very stressful and make you uneasy.

Although it can be stressful at times trying to remember the guidelines for various work we're given, the job pays fairly well and has wonderful flexibility. I loved that I could work from home on my own schedule with little or no contact with other humans.

I started with a great team and an even greater test lead. The testing itself sucked, I hated the project, but I felt appreciated and enjoyed the job regardless. I transferred to a different team/project after the first ended, and the job itself is way more fun. However, the test lead is incompetent, his recent replacement even more so. The lack of structure and logic, and the garbage pay has gradually made me more miserable and burnt out with each day. There’s no promotions or raises, your best chance is to apply to other projects internally, or find a better job elsewhere.

Typical stuff - nothing like, "If you could be any kind of tree, what kind of tree would you be?" My background; professional experience; nothing silly or political.
