No breaks, no one in management seems to have a clue of what to do. The training is so scattered and fussy, everyone does things differently.

The company is in disarray, the departments do not work as one entity. They are all operating on different guidelines to achieve the same goal. Bottom line when absolutely anything goes wrong, the blame is left on the Donor Services Department.
