Churn and burn

I have complicated feelings about my time spent here. One one hand, I’m proud of the work we do, the insurance is great, PTO is good, and there are opportunities to make great money. But the staffing is poor, the hours are long, schedule is rigid for the few full-time employees, favoritism is rampant, and management is slow to change anything or help.
