Great crew of guys to work with
Management when I worked there was combative, condescending, and did not recognize employee skill sets in conjunction with work requested to be performed. From what I’ve heard, that particular manager is no longer there, so I’m sure the culture is much better now. The guys you work with are spot on.

Pathetic
Company only focuses on production.Equipment are terrible. Bought with duct tape holding them together. Good experience but not long term job. First months here. Many employees left within 4 months.

great place to work and learn
Very fast paced, a lot of learning and good amount of great co workers. The hardest part of the job is long hours and working in the elements. Learned about different mining methods.
