Regional Manager is Amazing; Rest of company needs work

Sales associates are often placed doing tasks that take them off sales floor. Managers, who have higher base pay, demand sales first... hourly associates miss a lot of opportunities to sell; often being interrupted by a manager to be sent and "finish a task" while they finish the sales pitch... With management doing very little to help keep store - more... in presentable condition; and part timer cashiers coming and going all the time... be ready to rely of your hourly base pay and not so much commission... Full time sales associates make about 1.00 more an hour than minimum wage.

ProsTraining is great, Regional Managers care, Meet all kinds of buyers; Busy work helps time go fast; selling product people want.
Conshealth care is bad, base pay is too low, the harder you work- the less you sell; store management having free reign, do as they please playing games on phones, passing their tasks to other associates
