I’m a crew member.
I went a from doing 40-60 hours every 2 weeks to only doing 28 in 2 weeks.
I used to get 5-7 hours daily to 3-5.
I received 3 hours Monday and Tuesday and 4 hours on Saturday
If you give valid reasons for wanting full time you may be lucky and get 35, depending on the store manager. But mostly everyone is only there for 4-6 hours a day.
I got hired as a part timer but apparently i misread the job opening ad. I was getting less than 20hrs in 2 weeks every other cycle.
You can only get 30 hours a week and the most i got was 28 a week

At the begining with the previous maneger i was getting 20-25 per week and then when we got a new maneger to the crew already there she put our hours down to less than 15 per week and give her new crew more hours and hired new people.
