I believe the only change I would make is to not expect the managers to work at least 50 hours per week. Most would be willing to get paid per hour, instead of salary.

I would make sure everything is as clean as a whistle due to the fact it sells hot and cold food. promote local self ran businesses to interact with the consumers more. and definitly make sure the smiles of my employees bring the costumers back
