I hated working here

The boss would leave me alone with all the kids. Don’t work here. It’s a trap! All there is drama filled nonsense. The boss will degrade you and make you feel like you are nothing. The pay is terrible. No benefits.

Working here for the past four months has been great the day do not feel so long. The owners are very understanding of situation and are very accommodating to their staff

It’s okay

The kiddos are great however the place environment it’s self could be better. I would recommend anybody working there to also have a tough skin and mind cause it can be a little tough especially with the management.

It wasn’t a great environment

Being a teacher here was good for the students, but everything else wasn’t okay. I was the breakfast and lucnh lady. I was also the janitor and my classroom was basically the cafeteria. The job was okay.

Love the kids but administration is horrible.

They want you as a teacher to clean and you can’t bring your bag inside the classroom. Can’t play educational games with the students. Cameras are constantly on you, and you’re being watched. There’s no activities for the kids.

You have your own classroom with a bathroom inside.

You are being watched constantly. You're not allowed to bring your purse or handbag in the classroom. Even if there's a secure place where you can keep it locked up. Other people go through your papers and not to mention if the school had a function for the kids and there were some treats left over. You come back to your classroom only to find that it's gone. bags and have taken

Not very clean and unprofessional

The pays is low for the work you have to do. You are watched on cameras all day by the owner and it makes you uncomfortable. I enjoy the children but the classroom did not have enough supplies and the toys were broken.

very unstable work environment, low pay and very little supplies to work with.

The classroom sizes were way too small, they were out of ratio often. The toys in the classroom were used and broken. Help was not given when needed. They moved classrooms and teachers around a lot. The salary was not what was promised.

fun workplace but not always the cleanest

loved the kids and for my first job the pay wasn"t so bad. manangement could be more attentative to the needs of their employees. the most enjoyable part of the job was watching the kids grow up and being apart f their learning each day.

Takes alot of patience to work with children.

Place could use a little improvement as far as training the staff. Love love love the kids. Enjoyed doing my job and helping others.

wonderful staff

Working with children has always been a passion of mine.The staff were wonderful and understood the true meaning of family. I feel that the parents there were truly bless to have this staff that truly cared for their kids....

Could have used better employees

The teachers were leaving their rooms all of the time to talk to one another when they are suppose to stay with the kids. There was to much drama going on around the kids, and the teachers could have had better ways of talking to the kids. They don't realize that they are kids, not adults!

Fun Environment but Overworked

The job was pretty easy at most, except the owner wasn't exactly the best to work with because she never gave me a set schedule and would call me in the day of, or even an hour before when I needed to come in. It became frustrating when I would have school and she expected me to come in during those hours even when I had given her my availability times. Sometimes I would have to work a 12 hour shift and received no break time.

Challanging work place, plesent staff

As part of the management staff I took reasonability in making sure this company succeeded. Enjoyed all co-workers that all worked with me closer to provide healthier food options

Overall I enjoy working here and would go back

The Staff at Little One's are great.My daughter also attended this daycare, in the Early Head Start Program. Typical day would usually start with the arrival of my kids and their parents telling us about how their evening went and how their morning is going so far... My co workers were very helpful and understanding when it came to me learning the children and their different personalities. I would have to say that the hardest part was when I had a child that wasn't feeling well or I had a student that was off their meds for whatever reason,they would have a bad day.. I enjoy listening to the kids sing and dance,also they got excited every time they learned something new...
