We often conduct an initial phone screen, or invite the candidate in for an in-person interview. This depends on the role. Again, depending on the role you may be invited back for a 1-2 hour second interview where you will work with relevant team members (pastry, bread, cold line) so that you can have a glimpse into our working environment, and have an opportunity to get to know some team members. Front of house interviews are conducted a bit differently - you will meet with the Store Manager for a one-on-one interview.

Your interview will depend on the role you are interviewing for, however, some general guidelines follow. -We screen through Indeed or direct inquiries and will ask to set up an in-person interview. -Depending on the position, you will asked to visit our location and you will meet with the hiring manager and/or HR. Baker and kitchen roles will have both an interview with the hiring manager, as well as some time 'on the floor' to see the operation and be evaluated on their experience. Front of the house roles (retail associates and barista) will meet with the hiring manager and barista candidates will be asked to spend a few minutes working on the machine with another barista to evaluate your experience and knowledge. -You may be asked to return to meet again with the hiring manager or an owner for a secondary interview.
