The only negative thing when I worked there for 5 years was that you are paid per talk minute. You can make decent money but at that time it was very competitive and difficult to schedule hours. You have to bid on your hours and they kept hiring more and more agents so hours would disappear right after a roll out. That was the ultimate reason I left. - more...
