This is a fast paced and demanding job. Keeps you on your toes.I learned a great deal about customer service and the details how the hotel works. There are a lot of long term guest here and getting to know the guest was a bonus to working here. The staff comes and goes but overall were friendly. The hardest part of the job is keeping up with demands - more ... of guests, and changes in policy and management. - less
