Great benefits, with personal or mental health days included.

It was the first place I worked where management acted genuinely compassionate. My direct supervisor was an anomaly in that she was not a good manager, but the rest of the managers & supervisors I encountered were very good. The Human Resources staff was also incredible at placing employees in the right positions if they desired a transfer.

Inefficient management

Didn’t understand health issues that were part of what I was dealing with. Didn’t want to be patient with personal issues. Was yelled at by management.

This position was full of challenges and caused those in my dept. to be on our toes when it came to new ways to stay on top of the financial industry as well both the apparel and retail industries. This was done by staying up to date with current events, new technologies in computer software (ie. windows/excel)
