I have been with LKQ for five years after leaving a company that I was with for 30 years. BEST move I had ever made!! Wages are fair. Like with all companies you will have disgruntled employees and have jerks for managers.

LKQ made over $9 billion in revenue last year. Their business model can’t be touched by any competitor. Sure there is a ton of room for improvement in all departments but the company grew super fast and infrastructure and personnel to manage that growth has never caught up. If it did revenue would increase even more.
