Making sure everyone knows that its all of our responsibility to keep up with safety hazards to get rid of the its not my job, but yet intervene attitude. make sure employees get the training and knowledge from lkqu and minimize the careless attitude employees that work only to just get a check.
Fire everybody at the Lucas ln yard in Nashville off Trinity lane they sell and do drugs at the yard and are extremely rude racist people every one of them. It's really unbelievable that the yard is open still at all. The employees are making some good side money on drugs and pocketing money on parts especially catalytic converters. The higher ups definitely need to look into this it wouldn't be hard to catch them at all if they would put a undercover person in there. Really needs to be done immediately profits would increase drastically.
Quit hiring family members hire the people that are qualified for the position quit promoting family members only what are you guys afraid of

I had a job at the Huntington location. Some of the employees there were very rude. I even babysat 2 of them as children. They knew one of my ex boyfriends. They harrassed me triggered my PTSD fired me and my house even got broken into after leaving my keys on the premises. I was told they didnt have any openings at the whole company. I am a single mom supporting my kids. The Huntington low employees drug addicts and grifters. Yet fired a single mom trying to earn a decent living for her children.
Quality. The "Q" in LKQ stands for quality and there wasn't much there. Customers were more than likely to be unsatisfied.
