LMG Security is an amazing, fun, challenging, demanding, and exciting place to work. The atmosphere is fast-paced, and there's no time to get bored. LMG is employee owned and we really do work hard, and play hard. To be successful at LMG, you need to be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about security (and quality), be able to communicate effectively, and work both collaboratively and independently. As a rapidly growing company, work life balance isn't always in sync, but the company is aware of it and continues to make improvements. Travel may be required depending on position, and can get hectic at times, but the company tries to keep it to once per month as much as possible. Staff members are all super supportive (and funny) and make coming to work a pleasure every day.
