Paid time off to be used at your discretion (Vacation, sick, etc) New employees receive 80 hours of paid time off at their 6 month anniversary. The PTO accrual rate increases each year. At 3 years, you receive 120 hours. At 8 years, you receive 160 hours. At 19+ years, you receive 200 hours.
There is a point system for time taken off that isn't covered by PTO. 2 points for a full days absence. 12 points = termination.
