Customer Experience Specialist in Virginia Beach, VA

This is a good company to work for, if you like a fast-paced environment and job security. However, the lack of communication regarding major changes was appalling. They added collections to our customer service job with no notice. They also cancelled the financial incentive program and told us 2 weeks after it was done. Overall, they seem to have more business than they can handle; and as a result, employees and customers (especially) have to suffer for it.

Had to use pto when I had covid-19 as a result I can't have time off for the coming winter holidays, tech issues like internet outages or doctors appointments.

The culture with this employer is top tier! They are focused on the metrics but also their staff! Conducting trainings and refresher courses to ensure everyone has access to available resources and extensive knowledge while handling inquiries.

I'm working here while I am in school and I have no complaints. Loancare always provide a good amount of work and relax balance. This paperwork job beats any other entry level office job since they usually pay more and I don't have to take any phone calls.
