Lack of support from management unless you are family or a close friend, LO's treat you as if they are better than you and will send the most unprofessional emails talking down to you and once taking to management nothing happens.

Poor work environment. Sweat shop at best. Every labor law known to man is broken daily. Company has turned for the worse. Stay clear and look for a better company. If you look at the r views on this and other sites. They all have one common theme. Poor management l, poor work life balance, poor company.

I have been in the Mortgage Industry many years. Loan Depot/iMortgage in Scottsdale has the culture of a ROCK. Perhaps the takeover has affected it but not a comfortable or pleasant working environment
