I would encourage the employees to organize since Lockheed Martin is under the SCA (Service contract Act) In turn Lockheed owns absolutely nothing at Bluegrass Station and any monies will just pass thru the US Government. Would give employees job security, raises, pension. Would eliminate Lockheed from laying off and then call back with lower wage. 90 % of Lockheed is already organized for these reasons. Educate the workforce and stop living life in fear.

Look to people of advanced ages to get the expertise experience needed to fill positions requiring knowledge and skills learned in past employment. Positions like Technical Writers. Don't require security clearances prior to hiring, missing out on technical expertise just because of no prior active clearance in local area especially.
