An excellent industry to be employed.

The culture depends on the location and team you are assigned to. I am speaking of the Ocala facility in my next comments. Some teams are very quiet and helpful. Other teams, such as the one I am currently on is horrible. Loud, inconsiderate, immature, and back stabbing. Some “team” members are always taking each other to HR. They milk the system and the clock, do the very bare minimum, limited work ethic if any, and have no accountability. Management seems okay with that type of behavior. Makes it very hard to go to work everyday. The end result of keeping our war fighters safe is what makes the job tolerable at best.
It's quite relaxed here in Owego. My fellow employees are friendly, and management rarely rushes us to get jobs done, although they do emphasize timely work.

I have worked at multiple divisions and locations. Without a doubt there are major differences in workplace culture. Sunnyvale, Denver, and Reston were very similar and favorable. After a decade I'm still questioning my decision at Fort Worth but without a doubt would return to previous locations.
Diverse, friendly, fast pace, great place to work

Fantastic. Do what you are asked/told TO DO, work on it and you are left alone.
It depends on the location. There is a lot of "change" in the company. Management in the smaller offices and geographical locations do not represent the global culture that the company says it represents. The management style and idealology is consistent with the "office location" culture. There are rejections of a progressive global perspectives in their offices.
Qualitie, safty and excellence.
Good work environment but little recognition for going the extra mile.
