Loved all the people that i worked with. It was very fast-paced but we also had a lot of fun as well. The hardest part of my job was the renewals they were long a tedious, that was when i would work the most hours, but in the end it was a great feeling when it was all done and you could clean out your inbox.
Each office operates separately from HQ so there's a different culture by location. Things can be good, but there's a lot of factors on whether it will work out for you personally. My former coworkers are tightly managed (as if they are slackers, which they aren't).
Clients can be demanding and unreasonable. No support if the client abuses you because business revenue comes first.
Standard work week is 37.5 hours and non-exempts are paid OT for hours worked over that amount.

I loved my peers, however was terribly micromanaged. No matter how good of a job you were told it wasn't enough. You get run into the ground and they expect you to work demanding hours even though they say they don't.
There is constant turnover and management changes. If you have a good manager it is a good experience if they are bad, it is awful.
Some teams work very well together while others do not. Their is very little movement between teams so you have to start on the right team or success will be difficult. The politics is very high behind the scenes. Training is sink or swim for entry level. For mid-level personnel, training is available but scattered and unorganized. It may as well be non-existent.
