data collector/researcher (Former Employee) – Portsmouth, NH – June 14, 2018
No communication, no understanding, no life balance -- come in, get on the phone, call, call, call and call some more. Input data and then call, call and call some more. The only supervision is when something doesn't go as THEY want it to go. Cold calling people who know little about the information you are looking for and who could get fired for divulging information. These folks don't care they sell data to salesmen and it doesn't matter if that data is accurate or not -- until they find it isn't, or get in trouble for divulging private info.
Learned so much about myself and life in an office setting

I always had an amazing manager. I never felt as though I was working just FOR them, but along side as part of the team. Many of my co-workers and I are friends outside of work, which helps make the work environment also fun.

I got fired from this job just for a cultural misunderstanding. There is no potential in moving on with this job. This job taught a lot of things but the people that work there are nasty especially the human resources personel

It is a great small family owned business who's Principal is retiring and leaving the business to the family. Unfortunately, the family does not have enough business experience and savy to run the company successfully, and the Principal cannot let them try to lead the company. The co-workers are great, and they are best part of the company.
