You will not find another company like this one. Management cares about each employee. They have employee appreciation days where they close the office and take everyone out. There are so many activities that they do as a team. The team atmosphere is very positive. All employees want to learn and grow, management gives them every opportunity to better themselves. I have never been apart of a company that is so caring and inspiring not only to the employees but also the community. This company is a rare find.

Love the people. Love the comradery and the encouragement to always be a better version of yourself. Love the patients. Love the attention our people devote to our patients. Love that the focus of this practice is to treat the whole body, not just symptoms. AMAZING place to work. <3

Not what I expected. Will never recommend anyone working here. They will convince you that people who there are amazing and that they’re “family oriented” when really these people only care about themselves. Not a good place to work when your constantly micro managed and nit picked for every little thing you do. They set expectations that are not realistic and don’t really take the time to care what their employees are going through. Not a good place to go if you want to escape from a drama free work environment. There is sooo much drama that goes on in that place they are constantly hiring and firing people. There is no stability unless you have work experience and the right amount of schooling they find “qualifiable.” Pay is inconsistent with fellow workers among you which is why you can not disclose what your hourly pay is with other people. They discriminate against people who do not have the same beliefs as most people who work there so if you are a Republican or Christian good luck and do let them find out. You cannot freely express how you feel without getting in trouble so you can kiss your freedom of speech goodbye.

Learned a lot about chiropractic wellness working here. Owner is fantastic in ensuring employee happiness. Good pay for the job title and benefits. Positive work culture.
