it was a good job to work as a part time job, but I ended up leaving to work with my friend and maintain our Landscaping business full time. relaxed environment and decently managed.

Great place to work allowing you flexability to implement your own tactics to help bring success to b.v the company. Count money do prep sheets do health insoection walk through have a pre meal with the team setting the expectations for the day. Implement yourself wherever beneficial for the team any paper work conference calls ir things if that nature done in down time or by deadline. Turnover for next manager communicating tasks that have been done or need to be done.
