LogCheck builds software that helps operations & maintenance teams anticipate and prevent problems before they happen in their facilities; saving time, money, and frustration for building operators and property managers.
Our flagship product and namesake, LogCheck, is a mobile and web application that streamlines routine inspections, maintenance tasks, and meter readings in hospitals, data centers, power plants, schools, universities, museums, commercial, and residential buildings.
We’ve noticed that many problems happen in facility management due to poor communication between management and staff. We’re changing that. LogCheck’s platform helps prevent those problems by keeping management and staff on the same page without the paperwork.
By utilizing the simplicity of a smartphone checklist, field staff know exactly what needs to be done, they record data, notes, and photos quickly, and report back to management automatically. It works because it’s simple.
LogCheck is already being used everyday from the boiler rooms to the rooftops of iconic facilities, including: The New York Times Building (NYC), Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (NYC), The Metropolitan Museum of Art (NYC), The U.S. Bank Tower (L.A.), John Hancock Tower (Boston), SAP Center (San Jose), and The University of Alabama.
- The company was founded in 2012, by engineers Matthew Brown, Michael Brown, and Benjamin Ragheb.
- We’re venture-backed, but also profitable and self-sufficient, since we’ve focused on delivering a real service to real customers.
- LogCheck is being utilized in over 650 facilities operated by 60 different management companies, across 30 U.S. States, and we’re just getting started.
Job Candidates: We are looking for people who, like us, are tired of using technology to create bigger and more entertaining wastes of time, and wants to apply their skills toward reducing actual waste; helping operations and maintenance staff improve the health, safety, and efficiency of their facilities. – less
