We have an unlimited PTO policy that applies to any time spent out of the office, including sick / personal days. To support our unlimited PTO policy, we require team members to take a minimum of 15 workdays of vacation time throughout the year. This time is separate from company observed holidays and outside of sick/personal days,
bereavement / compassionate leave and family leave. There is no maximum vacation recommendation.
