The job is okay and does pay the bills. However, the management is ridiculous. They terminate employes by the week if you’re not a favorite. Right before you become permanent, they will fire you. They’ve fired 43 people in one day who were about to become permanent. The managers lie and never want to help. As far as the other reps, it’s great but the people higher up are what make this job so miserable.

At first, you are sold on ‘family atmosphere’ ability to learn from other reps company-wide, supportive interviews. Then you find that everything is not so peachy. Management is not friendly, kind or supportive. It’s all about power. There are no corporate guidelines - just disciplinary, & some steps are skipped. Turnover happens faster than grocery shelf rotation. Management has ‘pets’, procedures & rules are made/changed on a whim at local level. Patients, medical facilities & state reps are not told the whole truth. Contracted drivers do as they please. There is no true quality in the medical transport of Medicaid patients. Status quo is to get the rides assigned on time, so what if rides go wrong, verbally settle complainers, put little in writing since ‘it never goes away’. Just make sure to CYA so nothing affects the state contract.

The job would be awesome if the pay was better and management was supportive. I would never consider working here again. People are always leaving the job because management treats you as if you are a child. Bathroom breaks are monitored. Felt like a prisoner in regard to compensation and the way you are treated.

The Philadelphia office is horrible. There is no room for advancement if you are a loyal employee. Management would rather hire from the outside instead of within. Management in customer service is very rude. I dreaded going there everyday. If you want to be treated and paid like a 5 year old this is the job for you.
