Good set schedule, great management, good pay. Just wish contracts didn't end. Typically start time of 6 am end at 330. Made sure you got your breaks and lunch

I worked as a contractor for 4 years. They downsized and I got cut because the contract lead did not have a backbone and lied about everything. Hours were flexible and pay was decent but they do not inform the employees of any decisions including health care, pay or downsizing. They choose new people over loyal people and care about more about quarterly reviews than job completion. The lead for my work center was spineless and got the lead work center position by sucking up. They will take anybody for any position. They will lay off the experienced people and keep the people that haven't had any experience in 5 or 10 years. If you want to be laid off or completely uninformed of decisions than this is the company for you.

First off LOGMET took over another contract from the government, once they did we did not hear anything about when we were going to get paid and how the health insurance was going to be. We were basically out of health insurance for one month. They also required you to get their health insurance. There's insurance cost for double which you could get online. The one real bad thing is that no one has ever talked to anyone from the company.

Work-life balanceWork-life balance at LOGMET is ok. Like most day shift jobs, weekends off are nice and welcome change to working Active flightline only jobs.

Horrible company, they lie to their employees to get tax write-offs and don't follow simple rules with the contract the government gave them. Their time keep web site barley works and is a pain to use. Nothing I have experienced from them so far has been positive.
