Nothing but unsure schedule. If they are short scheduled they call you at the last minute and if you decline work they don’t give you workMost of the drivers are nice. They don’t offer insurance for part-time workers. Manager is a very nice lady

They cut benefits half way through the contract. We had an employee get hurt and is out of work for two months. We had short term disability at the beginning of the contract and then half way through there was no more short. term disability insurance. The company doesn't care about their employees

I worked as a contractor for 4 years. They downsized and I got cut because the contract lead did not have a backbone and lied about everything. Hours were flexible and pay was decent but they do not inform the employees of any decisions including health care, pay or downsizing. They choose new people over loyal people and care about more about quarterly reviews than job completion. The lead for my work center was spineless and got the lead work center position by sucking up. They will take anybody for any position. They will lay off the experienced people and keep the people that haven't had any experience in 5 or 10 years. If you want to be laid off or completely uninformed of decisions than this is the company for you.

First off LOGMET took over another contract from the government, once they did we did not hear anything about when we were going to get paid and how the health insurance was going to be. We were basically out of health insurance for one month. They also required you to get their health insurance. There's insurance cost for double which you could get online. The one real bad thing is that no one has ever talked to anyone from the company.
