I would only recommend this hospital if your looking for experience. The culture here is below average and the hospital is always busy. I recommend going to Kaiser or just anywhere else for experienced workers.
It is SDA environment. You realize quickly when you are not accepted by your coworkers, and like a bandwagon everyone jumps on and before you know what even happened, you are being blamed for things you had nothing to do with, even on your days off.
In the emergency department, along with 9100 and 8100, there are great team dynamics. Other units are hit and miss, probably due to the manager on the floor.

Work environment is great if you are accepted by management otherwise they will treat you poorly but in a very manipulative sneaky way--- praise you for great work but then slap you with a warning out of nowhere.

For the most part I find it restricting and high pressured. But, it is due to them wanting to perform at such high standards.
