Lone Peak currently supports approximately 65 offices. Comparing to other DSOs in the country, it is considered a small organization. However, Lone Peak is a fast growing company with an exceptional business model. If you are looking for a career and opportunity for advancement this is a good time to join. To maintain the review’s integrity, I will say that Lone Peak is like any other organization; there is good and bad. The bad depends on your outlook on life and what you perceive to be bad. Personally, I enjoy working for this company because of the people. At the office level; the doctors, team leaders, administrative and clinical support all work together to take care of the patient. On the leadership side, the CEO and most of the operation’s leadership team started their dental career at the lower ranks. Having done the work of a front desk associate, dental assistant, office manager and so on and so forth they have gained practical knowledge and understanding of the effort that takes to get the job done as the dentists support team to allow them to focus their attention on taking care of patients. Energetic, Collaborative, Great!

During the time that I have been a part of the Lone Peak family, I couldn't be any happier! I say Lone Peak family because that's what it feels like. I love how everyone is so helpful, and there are no closed doors. Everyone is always happy to talk and answer any questions, and the collaborative vibe the office has makes you feel welcome from day 1.
