Intially, I was very nervous about my interview. For one, I was late due to another vehicle accident on the way. I notified the interviewer I will be late and apologized for my tardiness. Fortunately when I did get there for the interview, the sense of humor from an faculty broke the ice. I’m grateful they gave me a chance. Lesson learnt: it never hurts to arrive too early.

The work environment was very engaging. Adjuncts were treated just like full-time faculty. I was able to participate in employee training programs.
