My interview was conducted with the department itself, rather than the institution. I was asked a few questions about myself, what I desired to accomplish by working there, informed of the salary, required responsibilities, and finally asked if I accepted. After that, I was given instructions on completing the process to join the workforce, which simply involves undergoing some online actions with the institution, such as setting up a work email, signing forms, and going through workplace safety information.
