A typical day of work at Long Beach Transit could consist of training new student operators on SOP, driving 40, 42, 43 and 60 ft coaches. Conducting refresher training and safety retraining. Teamwork is top notch and very professional. The hardest part of the job is terminating a person that puts in the effort but just can't grasp the training, but the best part is seeing the student as an Operator than as a Supervisor.
